Foundation
forum was formed a year back with objective to spread enhance individual
productivity and to work with Corporate world to improve the corporate
productivity and value creation by assessing the organizational needs of
Corporate through structured assessment processes at corporate and
individual level.
In the first
year of its operation the Forum has enrolled 80 students in its class room
sessions, and has developed training modules ranging from 1.5 months to 6
months to cater to the individual needs. They include highly technical
programs like CAD / CAM and well trained faculty gives individual
attention to the student and has gained popularity.
With its
success in class room sessions The Foundation Forum now wish to extend its
arms to corporate world to impart individual, group based training
programs. The process would involve the assessment of training needs of
users of the companies and design of training modules for them in
consultation with Human Resource departments and Information technology
departments.
The main
objective of providing good educational services in the area of computer
our aim was to provide children, adults and senior citizens with a good
practical training in computers including programming. We always felt that
most people should be able to do word-processing use spreadsheets and make
an excellent presentation using a computer. Also, everybody should be able
to find information on the Internet and send and receive e-mails. Many
students were interested in programming skills and database management.
